Wallpapers Max — Cancellation & Refunds Policy

Cancellations
- You can cancel anytime.
- Use the Customer Portal (link in your purchase email or account settings),
- manage your plan via Stripe Billing, or
- contact us at support@wallpapersmax.com.
- When you cancel a subscription, you’ll keep access until the end of the current billing period. No further renewals will be charged.
Refunds (Digital Goods)
Because Wallpapers Max is a digital product with instant access, purchases are non-refundable once completed, except in the limited cases below.
Exceptions we’ll approve (case-by-case)
- Accidental/unauthorized purchase (e.g., a child or family member made the purchase without permission).
- Accidental duplicate purchase of the same plan within 24 hours.
- Technical billing error on our side (e.g., you were charged after timely cancellation).
To request an exception, email support@wallpapersmax.com within 7 days of the charge. Include the order email, purchase date, and a brief description. We may request additional information to verify the circumstances.
What isn’t refundable
- Change of mind or lack of use after purchase.
- Prorated refunds for unused time after cancellation (access continues until period end).
- One-time packs once files have been accessed or downloaded.
How refunds are issued
- Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method via Stripe.
- Banks typically post funds within 5–10 business days after we process the refund.
Chargebacks
Please contact us first—most issues are quick to resolve. Filing a chargeback before contacting us may delay resolution and could result in account suspension if misuse is determined.
Legal
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable consumer rights that may apply to you under local law. If any part of this policy is found unenforceable, the remaining parts remain in effect.
