Wallpapers Max — Cancellation & Refunds Policy

Cancellations

  • You can cancel anytime.
    • Use the Customer Portal (link in your purchase email or account settings),
    • manage your plan via Stripe Billing, or
    • contact us at support@wallpapersmax.com.
  • When you cancel a subscription, you’ll keep access until the end of the current billing period. No further renewals will be charged.

Refunds (Digital Goods)

Because Wallpapers Max is a digital product with instant access, purchases are non-refundable once completed, except in the limited cases below.

Exceptions we’ll approve (case-by-case)

  1. Accidental/unauthorized purchase (e.g., a child or family member made the purchase without permission).
  2. Accidental duplicate purchase of the same plan within 24 hours.
  3. Technical billing error on our side (e.g., you were charged after timely cancellation).

To request an exception, email support@wallpapersmax.com within 7 days of the charge. Include the order email, purchase date, and a brief description. We may request additional information to verify the circumstances.

What isn’t refundable

  • Change of mind or lack of use after purchase.
  • Prorated refunds for unused time after cancellation (access continues until period end).
  • One-time packs once files have been accessed or downloaded.

How refunds are issued

  • Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method via Stripe.
  • Banks typically post funds within 5–10 business days after we process the refund.

Please contact us first—most issues are quick to resolve. Filing a chargeback before contacting us may delay resolution and could result in account suspension if misuse is determined.
